*Note: The Watefowl Hunt is a $300 additional trip charge and if we determine that the hunt (each day) is not up to our expectations for a good hunt, we will credit each hunter $100/Day that they don't Waterfowl Hunt. For example, if the main migration is in our area and we hunt 2 of the 3 days planned, you will pay $200 above the price of the Pheasant Hunt or $1,895 plus tax.

Off-Season Lodging
Lodging during the Off-Season is available from January 15th through September 30th. Our nightly rates are below:
- 12 Gauge Lodge - $220 / Night
Sleeps 11 People, 4 Bedrooms, 11 Single Beds, 3 Bathrooms
- Buffalo Gap Lodge - $200 / Night
Sleeps 10 People, 4 Bedrooms, 10 Single Beds, 2 Bathrooms
- Whitetail Lodge - $100 / Night
Sleeps 5 People, 2 Bedrooms, 5 Single Beds, 1 Bathroom
* 5.5% Sales Tax will be added to the final bill.
Deposits & Payment Policies
*Please note that all current clients have until March 1st, 2013 to book their same hunting dates as the previous year. After this time, current customer's dates will be available for booking by other clients.
*Deposits are required and do a few things for both the hunter and the outfitter. The deposit guarantees the hunter that he/she has a reservation for a specific hunt on specific dates with agreed upon terms. For the outfitter, it allows for them to operate like any normal business. We, like other businesses have many expenses througout the year. Whether it is pheasant or deer food plots, renovations to lodges, employee wages, lease payments to farmers, etc. there are many expenses that occur prior to any hunting seasons being open and therefore it is VERY IMPORTANT to pay deposits in a timely manner.
*Deposit Options: Option 1-Pay 50% of the total hunt price at the time of booking with the remainder due by October 1st. Option 2-Pay 33% of the total hunt price at the time of booking. The second 33% will be due June 1st. The remainder will be due by October 1st. Option 3-Pay $500 down at the time of booking. We will then obtain your credit card information and bill your card monthly for an agreed upon charge with the remainder due October 1st.
*Deposits are Absolutely Non-Refundable after June 15th. If you cannot make the hunt and you let us know prior to June 15th, you may either carry the hunt over until next year or receive a refund less a $400 rebooking fee.
*If fewer hunters arrive, the remainder of the deposit WILL NOT be applied as payment toward your final bill.
*South Dakota State Sales Tax (5.5%) will be added to the total bill. Prices do not include Guide/Staff gratuities, which are optional.
